NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. Eligibility for the “SunPower by Hooked on Solar Tesla Powerwall Giveaway ” begins 12:00 a.m. January 1, 2021 and concludes at 11:59 p.m. December 20, 2021. There are four ways to enter the “SunPower by Hooked on Solar Tesla Powerwall Giveaway ”: 1) Complete an Official Entry Form at any SunPower by Hooked on Solar booths or stands at participating trade shows, fairs, mall shows, and or at any events where the “SunPower by Hooked on Solar Tesla Powerwall Giveaway ” is promoted; 2) Register for our Get the Referral app at www.hookedonsolar.com/referral and begin referring your friends for free entries; 3) Participate in one of our social media photo contests on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram during their active dates, or 4) Sign up through our email marketing campaigns – entry forms can be submitted via website URL contained in email on marketing emails. Participants can earn multiple entries per address depending on the methods of earned entries — amount of entries possible are outlined in each method. Entries must be received no later than 11:59 p.m. December 20, 2021. Submission of an entry form constitutes permission for SunPower by Hooked on Solar (hereby referred to as “Sponsor,”) to contact and use entrant’s name, address, phone number, email and other purposes of contact for outreach and marketing purposes. You may also be required to confirm information you have provided on the Official Entry Form.
ELIGIBILITY. The “SunPower by Hooked on Solar Tesla Powerwall Giveaway ” is open to legal resident homeowners in the following counties in the state of California: Stanislaus, Yolo, Amador, San Mateo, Yuba, El Dorado, Solano, San Joaquin, Sutter, Nevada, Contra Costa, Sacramento, Placer, Napa, Santa Clara, Butte, and Alameda. Participants must be 21 years or older, except employees of the Sponsor, their advertising and promotional agencies, and the immediate families of the foregoing employees. Must be a homeowner to qualify for the giveaway. If the winner has already purchased a solar system from Sponsor, a $14,500.00 credit may be issued against the purchase contract, subject to the Sponsor’s sole discretion. To qualify for installation by Sponsor of the “SunPower by Hooked on Solar Tesla Powerwall Giveaway,” the winner must not have a shake roof. The residential home must be a permitted structure; no electrical upgrades, ground mounts, and/or pre-made structures will be provided by Sponsor without additional cost. Roofs must have at least a 10 year warranty.
SELECTION OF WINNER. Total number of eligible entries received determines the odds of winning. From all eligible entries received, Sponsor will randomly select one (1) Grand Prize Winner on or around December 21, 2021. The Winner will be notified by phone and/or certified mail, within ten (10) days of the drawing. Winner will also be announced on social media, on or through Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest and/or Tik Tok. PRIZE: One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive a Tesla Powerwall. No transfer or substitution of prize is allowed. Winner will be required to sign a Winner’s Photo/Media Release Form to be returned within ten (10) days from the date it was sent, or another winner may be selected. Claim prize will be awarded in form of a certificate that can be redeemed for credit towards a Sponsor Tesla Powerwall with a value of $14,500.
The Winner can claim their certificate at SunPower by Hooked on Solar at 2571 Warren Drive, Rocklin, CA, 95677. Gift certificate can also be sent via mail if requested. The Grand Prize Winner must also agree to participation in marketing, media and promotional materials upon claiming their certificate. Decision of Sponsor is final.
LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY/RESERVED RIGHTS. Sponsor is not responsible for (i) entries that contain inaccurate information or do not comply with these rules as outlined in these terms, (ii) Entries, prize claim or notifications that are lost, late, incomplete, illegible, unintelligible, damaged or otherwise not received by the intended recipient, in whole or in part, due to technical error of any kind, (iii) Telephone, electronic, hardware, software, network, internet or computer malfunctions, failures or difficulties, or (iv) Any damages or losses of any kind caused by any prize or resulting from acceptance, possession or use of any prize. Sponsor, in their sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any person tampering with the entry process or otherwise violating these rules and reserves the right to change official rules without notice.
